There are a number of things that are urgently recommended from the diet. For example, this is an animal fat. However, fish oil is allowed. It is also not recommended to use caffeine inside. It only prevents getting rid of cellulite. Another thing that should be limited as much as possible is alcohol. It is also important to consume fish that contains special oils that prevent cellulite deposits. At the same time, do not be afraid of fat fish like salmon. And finally, dairy products are extremely good, but, of course, fat-free, like yogurts and cottage cheese-they are fighting cellulite of amino acids that are valuable for the body.

Breakfast. Tea without sugar, but with lemon or milk. A pair of slices of pre -dried bread, low -fat kefir or yogurt, apple and pair of spoons of honey.

Lunch. Fruits (but not bananas).

Afternoon snack. Similarly to the second breakfast.

Lunch and dinner. Each of these meals should contain either the first or second, but not at the same time. Smoked and fried should be excluded from your diet.

It is necessary to drink as much water as possible – up to two liters daily – this will make it possible to reduce swelling, and the use of alcohol and coffee must be stopped.
